They apply only if the system is classified high-risk: from 2 Dec 2027 for Annex III systems, from 2 Aug 2028 for Annex I. The agent in this sample is an airline customer-service agent, which is not obviously an Annex III use. Two more rows are incomplete: EU-50-2 (Article 50(2)) omits the grace period to 2 Dec 2026 for pre-existing systems, and EU-04 (Article 4) omits that, since 27 Jul 2026, it is a duty of effort.
