Use cases · Governance & oversight

Human oversight that leaves a record.

A policy may say that a person approves an agent's high-stakes actions, but the approval is often a click in a chat tool. A month later nobody can show which action it covered, or that the action waited for it.

What gets recorded

  • A blocked action, and the human approval or denial that resolves it, sealed as a record chained to the original action.
  • Anything still waiting for a decision stays listed as pending until a resolving record exists.
  • In an Evidence Report, a blind sample of cases reviewed by people, and how often they agreed with the judge.

What anyone can check

  • The chain from action to approval verifies offline: who approved, what digest they approved, and when.
